The family-owned Western Group announces the formation of Odyssey Design and Manufacturing, Inc., adding a sixth entity to this growing roster of companies in the gas transportation and equipment manufacturing industries. Based in Brady, Odyssey is focused on the design and manufacturing of gas transport units equipped with carbon composite pressure vessels—across a variety of sizes and designs as well as the manufacturing of trailers for oilfield equipment and basic containers. Odyssey offers consultation, design, manufacture, and repair of trailer chassis, specifically trailers used to transport intermodal shipping containers, compressed gas, and other heavy equipment.
